We provide supported accommodation for people aged 18 years and above, and assist those with a range of conditions including mental health problems, learning disabilities and substance misuse problems.
We have a qualified and accredited team of health care professionals and support workers who will provide round the clock 24 hour care and support. Our Supported Living Care
Our health care professionals and support workers offer 24 hour care to help residents lead an independent and fulfilling life. We can assist in a range of critical life areas including shopping, budgeting and maintaining a living environment. Our support workers will ensure residents take their prescribed medication, engage with their individual programmes and develop their skills.

Our Supported Living Homes
We aim to promote independent living by providing residents with a welcoming, comfortable and therapeutic environment. Each resident will be provided with their own bedroom which will include bed, wardrobe, cabinets and TV point.
There will be communal areas with fully fitted kitchen areas with washing machine and dryer facilities at our supported living properties. Residents are also able to relax and unwind in the lounge area where they can enjoy Sky TV, unlimited broadband and DVDs.
