About Kalin Care Ltd
Kalin Care Ltd is an independent provider of 24 hour supported living accommodation in Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and Hampshire. We support individuals with mental health problems, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Autism and we also offer Crisis Care.
We are passionate about our work and specialise in supporting people in reaching their full potential. Our committed care team combined with a therapeutic and nurturing environment is what allows us to achieve this.

Our Team
Our team is comprised of highly qualified mental health nurses and support workers with expertise and experience in various settings including; forensic mental health, acute services, PICU, rehabilitation services, care homes, substance misuse services, prisons and community mental health recovery services.
We have robust recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that we have suitable staff with relevant qualifications and experience to match roles. This enables us to provide a safe, caring, effective, responsive and well led service.
All our staff go through induction before they are deployed to work with clients. Part of the induction will take staff through Kalin Care Ltd values and mandatory training which includes safeguarding.

Our Process
If you are a charitable organisation, medical professional or local authority and you have an individual who requires supported living, please fill out the referral form here. A needs assessment will be carried by our assessment team to ascertain the level of support needed.
We will have ongoing meetings where we can assess the needs of the resident and ensure they work towards their goals whilst under our care. When the resident is ready, we can assist them with housing applications and support them as they progress into a more independent lifestyle.
